Shipping
For small quantities, we use UPS/FedEx, taking 3-5 working days to be delivered; for large quantities which need to be produced, shall take 23-23 days by sea.

The products that you have purchased from Susucar.com have a 30-day detect return policy with receipt showing the date of purchase as well as a 1-year litmited manufacturer warranty. No returns on used merchandise please.

Becoming a Dealer
1.Complete a related dealer application(from Download). We are looking to partner with extremely reputable business that will take care of our mutual customers at the highest level.
2.Once approved, new dealers are subject to a $2,000 initial order (at wholesale pricing).
3.Dealers are required a minimum annual purchase amount of $6,000.
